Capcom recently revealed five minutes of gameplay as well as a new teaser trailer for the Resident Evil 4 remake. Fans of the iconic series are buzzing after seeing the reveal of gameplay and the return of made over fan favorite characters.
The gameplay
Resident Evil 4 represented a turning point in the series as it moved from “tank controls” (sluggish character movement and fixed camera angles for those new to the series) to an over the shoulder camera and focus on pulse-pounding action sequences.
Returning Fan Favorites

Fans were treated to the return of the bosses, El Gigante, Bitores Mendez, and Ramon Salazar but also the revamped Ashley Graham, the suave Luis Sera and everyone’s favorite spy in red, Ada Wong.
The game’s brief demo showcased a claustrophobic trip through the village as well as new features such as setting a cow on fire and being able to block Dr. Salvador’s chainsaw with a knife.
Resident Evil 4 Remake does not have an official release date outside of “2023” but fans are able to preorder now so they don’t miss a moment of survival horror action.
